The Byward Market area is important to homeless people because two major organizations that care for them are located here. This walk will begin at The Shepherds of Good Hope, where we will talk to someone who has used this facility. Then we will continue on to Centre 454, the Salvation Army, and visit several other places of significance to Homeless People. Along the way we will hear from street artist Stewart Poulin and see some of his work, and we will end up at the pedestrian underpass at the Terry Fox Bridge.
