Cool Classic Ottawa: Ottawa as Travel Destination

As the nation's capital, Ottawa is promoted internationally as a travel destination. The link below offers a summary of the highlights for visitors that captures the standard national landmarks (such as Parliament Hill, Rideau Hall, National Gallery) as well as natural features (e.g., Hog's Back, Mer Bleue, Gatineau Park) and street life (e.g., ByWard Market, Art-Is-In Bakery, Ward 14, Beachconer's).
The website is a travel ad, but it offers a nice diversion for those of us who live here. There are some great National-Geographic-quality photos of Ottawa landmarks and hangouts. In particular, there is a great shot of the north side of the Chateau Laurier from Major's Hill Park. This view may not be available much longer!
I live in Ottawa, but I still learned about a couple of things that I can look forward to exploring once we've made it through the covid-19 'social distancing' and can again roam at will.
The website is called Cool Classic Ottawa.
